Intelligent Health is committed to making its website accessible, in accordance with the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) (No. 2) Accessibility Regulations 2018.

Compliance status

This website is partially compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.1 AA standard, due to the non-compliances listed below.

Non-accessible content

The content listed below is non-accessible for the following reasons.

Non-compliance with the accessibility regulations

  • The Google reCAPTCHA security tool for online forms on the Privacy and Sign-up pages may not be accessible to users of all technologies in all situations. If this is the case, it may fail WCAG 2.1 success criterion 1.1.1 (non-text content). However, Google Support advice on reCAPTCHA accessibility suggests that the tool works with major screen readers and offers advice to resolve any challenges that a user may face when using audio. We will continue to review the reCAPTCHA tool with future accessibility audits and update accordingly.

What we’re doing to improve accessibility

We continue to run regular accessibility checks and ensure that new content added to the website meets accessibility requirements.
